KDMC has registered a case against four unidentified persons for allegedly putting up four banners without civic or traffic police permission at locations in Kalyan East. The action followed an inspection in 4/J ward and was taken under Section 3 of the Maharashtra Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1995.
