HC rejects Neha Bora's plea against notice to sign peace bond - Rediff.com India News
The Delhi High Court has dismissed AISA president Neha Bora's petition challenging a police notice that required her to execute a peace bond. The court, however, issued directives to the Special Executive Magistrate (SEM) to ensure all relevant material is provided to Bora during the proceedings and to consider the timing of the bond execution.
