With around 6.5 lakh MT of Custom-Milled Rice (CMR) allegedly lying in rice mills across Haryana due to non-acceptance by the Food Corporation of India (FCI), rice millers have announced a boycott of CMR operations in the next procurement season, expected to begin on October 1.
