Jess Mae 44-24-18 Zinc Core Candle Wicks are premium 9-inch replacement wicks designed for reliable setup and repeatable candle testing, particularly in gel wax and container candles. Each wick has a natural-fiber jacket surrounding a rigid zinc core, helping it remain upright during hot pours and stable while burning. This kit includes 20 pre-waxed, pre-tabbed wicks plus 20 bonus loose sustainer tabs measuring 20 mm wide with a 6 mm neck. Trim each wick to fit your vessel, then use the bonus tabs to re-tab usable wick cutoffs for additional testing and less waste. Reference performance benchmarks for the 44-24-18 wick are: * Rate of consumption: approximately 0.15 oz/hour * Flame height: approximately 1.1 inches * Melt-pool diameter: approximately 1.6 inches Performance will vary depending on wax type, fragrance load, dye and additives, vessel dimensions, and burning environment. Always conduct a complete test burn using your exact candle formulation and container before production. *jess mae 20 WICKS + 20 BONUS TABS – Includes 20 pre-waxed, pre-tabbed 9-inch wicks plus 20 loose sustainer tabs for re-tabbing usable wick cutoffs and extending your testing supply.
