Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Acting Minister of Culture, Abdelaziz Qansouh, honored Haya Amr Fawzy, a third-year medical student at New Giza University, for her role in assisting those injured in the fire at the Arabella Plaza Mall in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement.
