The Bombay High Court restrained property owners from obstructing the Delana redevelopment project in Chembur amid a dispute over flat sizes and parking. The court directed the owners to withdraw their communication seeking to withhold redevelopment permissions within seven days and asked the developer to initiate arbitration within 14 days.
