Canadian politician appears to read out AI prompt during speech | News | Independent TV
A Canadian politician appeared to read out an artificial intelligence (AI) prompt during a speech. Bill Oliver, Member of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, told lawmakers: "Here's a more natural, flowing version of that section that reads like a legislative speech rather than a series of short points.” The sentence appeared to be similar to output from a large language model (LLM), which is an AI tool that processes and generates text. The Independent has reached out to Mr Oliver for comment.
