The Awami Itihaad Party (AIP) of jailed MP Engineer Rashid on Saturday said Rashid had completed seven years of incarceration and appealed to the Chief Justice of India, Justice Surya Kant, to consider his bail plea with “compassion, urgency and constitutional fairness”.
