What is the EXACT message of the e-file rejection? I have never heard of a 1098-T being required to be attached to an e-filed amended return, so I'm wondering if your amended return was rejected for something else.

Re: If I did not yet mail my returns, how do I modify it instead of amending it? I don't need to amend it since it was not filed yet.

Re: I applied my 2024 1040 line 36 overpayment to 2025 estimated taxes but it did not appear on my return. Where do I enter this on an amendment? I received an IRS letter.
