SP leader Azam Khan challenges ED arrest in Supreme Court, plea to be heard later this week - The Economic Times
Mohammad Azam Khan has approached the Supreme Court to challenge his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate. He was detained by the ED shortly after his release from Rampur jail, where he had been imprisoned since November 2025. Khan's release came following an Allahabad High Court decision that granted him bail in a separate matter. The High Court suspended his sentence but did not stay his conviction.
