Public Works Department Minister Vikramaditya Singh said on Monday that the construction of a primary health centre (PHC) building at Shoghi in his native Shimla (Rural) Assembly constituency at a cost of Rs 15 crore would be completed within the next nine months. He inspected the under-construction building at Shoghi. He added that former Chief Minister late Virbhadra Singh had laid the foundation stone of the building and the PHC would be equipped with all modern facilities, including a trauma centre, so that patients could receive prompt medical attention and treatment in case of an accident.
