nginx silently rejects the new HTTP QUERY method - DEV Community
Two of six setups I tested, nginx's limit_except pattern and Django's View class, reject HTTP's new QUERY method outright. curl, FastAPI's explicit routes, Caddy and Traefik all pass it through untouched.
