This is for one (1) NEW American ATV Safety Whip Flag with Mounting Hardware. The flag is 12 x 18 inches long. The mounting bolt is 1/2 with lock washer, washer and nut. This is standard size. This flag can be used with or without the mounting bolt. Easy to pop off with a hammer if needed. The whip flag pole is a 4 feet white pole ( 48 inches tall ) and 5/16 round in diameter.
