A 47-year-old jeweller from Bhandup and his friend were robbed of Rs 12 lakh cash after being lured by two men who offered to sell gold biscuits at discounted price, but upon meeting near a restaurant in Airoli on Monday afternoon, three other men arrived at the spot in a MUV and posing as cops, they claimed that the gold biscuits were smuggled and were being sold illegally.
