New courtroom testimony has added another dramatic chapter to the Charlie Kirk murder case. During day four of Tyler Robinson's preliminary hearing, prosecutors played a recorded interview with Lance Twiggs, Robinson's former roommate and romantic partner. In the video, Twiggs said Robinson spent the morning after Charlie Kirk's killing pacing around their apartment, crying, and telling him he wished "he hadn't done it." Twiggs also told investigators that Robinson admitted firing the fatal shot and planned to either confess to his parents or turn himself in to police. The interview also touched on their relationship, with Twiggs saying the two rarely discussed politics and that Robinson had never spoken about Charlie Kirk before the shooting. Robinson faces aggravated murder charges, and the judge will decide whether the case proceeds to trial.
