In today's Daily Fix:A lawsuit aims to force Nintendo to share its tariff refunds to customers who bought a Switch 2. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled some of President Trump's tariffs illegal, which means the extra fees Nintendo paid to ship the Switch 2 and other hardware to the U.S. could be returned. But Nintendo isn't required to pass those refunds on to customers.
