Mumbai Activists To Release Cockroaches Near Potholes In Unique Protest Against Poor Road Maintenance And Alleged Corruption

Watchdog Foundation will stage a symbolic protest on Sahar Road on Thursday using cockroaches to highlight Mumbai’s pothole crisis and alleged poor road maintenance. The group said the BMC received 10,106 pothole complaints since June 10, including 760 this month. Activists demanded durable road repairs, claiming repeated fixes have failed to solve the issue across the city.
