The Bombay High Court has quashed a no-confidence motion that removed the chairperson of a Goregaon housing society, ruling that a committee member was wrongly denied notice and voting rights. The court restored Madhuri Nyayadhish as chairperson and set aside the subsequent election, while allowing members to initiate a fresh motion in accordance with law.
