In Slovakia, the company operates an extensive and modern retail station network and offers the internationally recognized Shell fuel cards. To support these goals and further strengthen the local marketing team, Shell is looking for a dynamic and business-oriented professional (m/f/d) to drive its marketing activities in Slovakia.**

The Marketing Activation Specialist plays a key role within the Slovak Marketing Team in delivering competitive and differentiating marketing strategies for the Fuels & Loyalty business. The primary focus is on marketing support across fuels and loyalty campaigns, managing the customer lifecycle within the loyalty program (acquisition, retention, boosting activity of existing members), and attracting new customers. In this role, you will not be expected to create raw creative content. Instead, you will be fully responsible for setting briefs, coordinating end-to-end execution, managing external agencies, and ensuring that all marketing activities make sound commercial sense and deliver targeted return on investment (ROI).**

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Proactively lead the preparation, execution, and coordination of BTL/ATL promotions and marketing activations
• Maintain daily contact and operational alignment with the regional Hub in Krakow, manage localized CRM deployment, handle loyalty gift logistics, and participate in ongoing IT projects
• Set complex briefs, coordinate and control external marketing agencies, identify potential errors, and manage relationships with cross-functional local teams and the Global Marketing Team
• Take responsibility for budget control related to loyalty program, manage month-end closing procedures, and handle necessary data privacy/DAG approvals
• Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness against business goals (volumes, margins, app users, ROI) while ensuring strict regulatory compliance (GDPR, HSSE)

What do we expect:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Marketing, ideally with a proven track record in Retail, FMCG, or consumer-centric industries
• University degree (at least Bachelor's level), preferably in marketing, economics, or a related commercial field
• Strong experience in running integrated marketing communications, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns, with a solid understanding of digital KPIs and data analytics
• Fluent written and spoken English (essential for daily communication with regional and global teams) and fluent Slovak (a must requirement)
• Strong business and analytical thinking with a focus on numbers and ROI; highly organized multi-tasker who can work independently; a non-conflict team player with a willingness to assist others
