Iran’s IRGC Ground Forces say they are implementing a “special plan” to boost combat capabilities amid heightened tensions with the United States and Israel. IRGC coordinating deputy commander Ahmad Akhavan said Iranian forces are upgrading weapons and equipment while maintaining a high level of readiness across the country.Akhavan claimed the IRGC has prepared detailed plans to confront potential attacks by the U.S. and Israel, warning that Iran would deliver a “crushing and decisive response” to any attack.
