German-chipmaker Infineon to acquire C2i Semiconductor startup - The Economic Times
German semiconductor major Infineon Technologies will acquire Bengaluru-based power-management startup C2i Semiconductors to strengthen its power solutions for AI data centres. Infineon said it will use C2i’s capabilities to create a centre of excellence for digital power technologies in India.
