MSRTC Launches Helpline For NCMC Card Issues As New Travel System Rolls Out Across Maharashtra ST Buses
Passengers using MSRTC NCMC cards can now seek assistance through a new helpline for activation, adding money, balance checks and other technical problems. The service was introduced after some users reported difficulties with card operations. MSRTC said NCMC cards are being introduced for concessionary and non-concessionary passengers under government directions across ST depots and bus stations.
