An IIM Indore study published in Philosophy Compass argues that decolonising philosophy requires more than adding non-Western thinkers to curricula. Co-authored by Prof Swati Arora, it examines colonial knowledge destruction and introduces an “ignorance-epistemicide cycle”, urging educators, editors and institutions to challenge inherited Eurocentric academic structures.
