10 chocolate sandwich cookies
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 (
25-ounce) packaged vanilla pudding cup
silicone ghost mold

Arbeitsschritte:

Pulse the cookies in a food processor for 30 seconds, until coarsely ground. Add the melted butter and pulse a few more times, until the mixture resembles crumbly sand and holds together when pressed. Set aside.
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium speed for 1 minute, until smooth and creamy. Add the pudding and beat for 1 more minute, until thick, silky, and fully incorporated.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the ghost mold cavities until each is two-thirds full. Spoon the cookie crust mixture over the filling until it covers the filling and reaches the top of each cavity.
