Easy Protein Ranch Snack Mix | Tasty

This crunchy, savory snack mix is the perfect after-school grab-and-go snack. Packed with protein from roasted chickpeas, edamame, peanuts, and cheese crisps, it's tossed in a ranch seasoning that's seriously addictive. Make a big batch on the weekend and store it in an airtight container for an easy pantry snack all week long.

Zutaten:

  • 3 cups sweet potato chips
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 2 cups rice cereal
  • 1 cup roasted chickpeas
  • 1 cup roasted edamame
  • ½ cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter or avocado oil
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese crisps

Arbeitsschritte:

  • Preheat the oven to 250°F. Line two large rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato chips, pretzels, rice cereal, roasted chickpeas, roasted edamame and peanuts.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and ranch seasoning. Pour the mixture over the snack mix and toss until evenly coated.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between the prepared baking sheets and spread into an even layer. Bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden brown and crisp, 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheets for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Let the snack mix cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cool, gently fold in the cheese crisps.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
