Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal urged India and Uzbekistan to double bilateral trade from the current $1.5 billion within three years, highlighting opportunities in mining, textiles, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and digital infrastructure. He also called for greater co-investment, co-manufacturing and co-innovation, saying the recently concluded Bilateral Investment Treaty would boost investor confidence.
