Colaba residents have urged authorities to tackle congestion caused by hawkers, double parking and taxi stands, warning that blocked roads could delay emergency vehicles. At a meeting with Rahul Narwekar, they sought the relocation of hawkers to Museum Lane, changes to bus and taxi arrangements, and stricter parking enforcement. Narwekar assured them the concerns would be prioritised.
