It has a sequined velvet top that shines beautifully and a fully fluffy layered tulle skirt. Perfect for birthdays, parties, weddings, or cultural celebrations. Only worn once by my daughter, but she's now moved on from this style. Still in excellent condition. NB: my daughter is on the slim and tall side.
