Iran is hinting that it may still have military capabilities that have not been revealed. Iranian Defense Ministry spokesperson Brigadier General Reza Talaei-Nik says Tehran has deliberately kept some of its newest weapons, technologies and battlefield tactics under wraps, potentially to be unveiled if another war breaks out. Iran claims it now produces more than 1,000 types of weapons and ammunition domestically and has reached over 90% self-sufficiency in defence production. Tehran also says weapons output surged dramatically during recent conflicts, highlighting its ability to rapidly scale up production. With a growing focus on long-range missiles, cruise missiles and drones, Iran is signaling that its military arsenal may contain capabilities adversaries have yet to see.
