Former New Patriotic Party (NPP) Ashanti Regional Chairman, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, has called for sweeping reforms in Ghana’s prisons, including the establishment of a dedicated prison hospital, improved welfare for prison officers and the introduction of conjugal visits for inmates.
