A delegation from the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) officers' association met Cabinet Secretary T V Somanathan to discuss long-pending cadre issues, including promotion anomalies and the delayed fourth cadre review. The meeting also focused on strengthening CSS officers' capabilities and promoting solution-oriented governance, with plans for new training initiatives.
