Courier service under scrutiny after drug delivery to students in Iloilo | The Manila Times
ILOILO CITY — Four minor students arrested in separate marijuana-related incidents inside schools in Iloilo City in late July allegedly bought the illegal drugs through online transactions and had them delivered by a legitimate courier service, the Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) said on Monday.
