Madhya Pradesh High Court Judge Selection Challenged In PIL Filed In MP’s Jabalpur, OBC Advocates’ Body Questions Supreme Court Collegium’s Seven Recommendations
The OBC Advocates’ Welfare Association has filed a PIL in Madhya Pradesh High Court, challenging Supreme Court Collegium recommendations for seven judicial appointments. The petition alleges inadequate representation of SC, ST and OBC communities, seeks reconsideration of the October 26 recommendations, transparent selection guidelines and an interim stay on appointments.
