The murder trial of Hong Kong model and socialite Abby Choi has heard chilling new details about the events surrounding her death in February 2023. Prosecutors allege Choi was killed before her remains were dismembered and concealed, with a meat mincer and other equipment allegedly purchased beforehand. The court also heard claims that her remains were boiled with carrots and radishes to mask the smell. The case centres on an alleged dispute over a luxury apartment. All three defendants have pleaded not guilty.
