Mumbai: BEST Opposes Private Power Distribution Proposal In Dharavi, Cites Network And Consumer Concerns
BEST has opposed before MERC a private utility’s proposal to distribute electricity in Dharavi, where the undertaking currently supplies power. BEST has cited concerns over its existing distribution network and consumer base. MERC will examine the proposal and objections before deciding on the entry of another distributor.
