CIDCO has urged commuters travelling on Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1 to claim refunds of unutilised balance on discontinued closed-loop cards before September 15. The old cards were deactivated after the SBI National Common Mobility Card was introduced on the Belapur-Pendhar corridor. Passengers must complete the refund process soon to avoid inconvenience, CIDCO said on time.
