When creating a new event, if I need to create a new venue, I reach the "Confirm new venue address" screen. Expected behavior: A map should be displayed on the confirmation screen. Clicking Confirm new address should save the venue and allow me to continue creating the event. Actual behavior: The map does not load and the map area is blank.
