(UPDATE) SEN. Ronald Dela Rosa, hiding in the Senate to evade arrest, on Wednesday rejected calls from some of his fellow lawmakers to surrender and called on the military to stop government attempts to arrest and fly him to the Netherlands to stand trial on charges of crimes against humanity.
