Through her series Healing Sessions, Sudanese visual artist Amani Azhari explores women's experiences of war and trauma, tracing their emotions and the transformations in their lives through art. Drawing on the traditional gatherings of women in Sudanese homes, she creates space for sharing, mutual support, and psychological healing, while giving expression to the individual and collective wounds left by the war.
