Late-Sept pollution spike pushes city AQI to 3-year high | Gurgaon News - The Times of India

The average air quality index (AQI) last month was 26% higher than in 2024 and around 35% higher than in 2025, making it the city’s most polluted Sept in three years. An analysis of daily AQI data from 2016 to 2026 shows that the monthly average rose to 114.8 this year, compared with 91.1 in 2024 and 84.9 in 2025.
