U.S. President Donald Trump reportedly personally sent CIA Director John Ratcliffe to Moscow this week on a highly restricted diplomatic mission, according to The Wall Street Journal, citing U.S. officials. Ratcliffe's visit reportedly went far beyond a routine intelligence meeting. According to the report, he was tasked with delivering messages to senior Russian officials on three major issues: NATO, the war in Ukraine, and Russia's growing relationship with Iran.
