Man wins Rs 50,000 after courier company delivers damaged tailoring machines - The Times of India
NEW DELHI: A district consumer court in Kerala has directed a courier company DR Courier to pay compensation after tailoring machines shipped from Dubai to Kerala were delivered in a damaged condition. The commission, in an order dated July 27, held that the damage occurred while the machines were in the courier company's custody and it amounts to deficiency in service.
