It’s getting on for 9.0am on a blessedly overcast bank holiday Sunday in Dublin city centre. On a temporary stage near the Spire on O’Connell Street, an excitable young man is squatting, lunging, swinging, twisting, jumping, but mostly shouting like he had too many Skittles in his triple espresso.
