Bombay HC Divides ₹10.94 Crore Siddhivinayak Temple Land Compensation Equally Between Owners, Tenant
The Bombay High Court divided Rs 10.94 crore in compensation for a 642.98-square-metre Prabhadevi plot acquired for Siddhivinayak Temple expansion, awarding Rs 5.47 crore each to the owners and tenant Sadanand Garage. An additional Rs 3.85 lakh for the structure and trees will go to the owners. The authorities must release the amounts within eight weeks.
