Election Commission allows ID proofs other than EPIC in upcoming bypolls - The Tribune

The Election Commission on Tuesday clarified voters eligible for exercising their franchise during the upcoming bypolls in five Assembly constituencies in West Bengal, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry and one Lok Sabha seat in Assam on October 6, can bring any of the mandated documents, if they are not able to produce their election photo identity cards (EPIC) on polling day.
