'It Is Not Pressing Staff Of Petitioner Schools To Perform BLO Duties': ECI Tells Bombay HC
The Election Commission of India told the Bombay High Court that it is not compelling staff from private unaided schools challenging their deployment as Booth Level Officers to join the electoral roll revision exercise. Recording the statement, the court said petitioners need not fear coercive action for now and scheduled the next hearing for July 16.
