'Mic Explosion...': Charlie Kirk Case Rocked By New Proof; Gun Expert Debunks Mossad, CIA Theory - Times of India Videos
Fresh testimony in the Charlie Kirk murder case has addressed one of the biggest claims raised by Tyler Robinson's defense. ATF firearms expert Samantha Karner told the court that bullet fragments recovered from Charlie Kirk's body produced an inconclusive result, meaning investigators could neither confirm nor rule out the suspected murder weapon based on those fragments alone. Karner stressed that an inconclusive finding does not mean the rifle was excluded as the source of the bullet. Prosecutors allege Robinson used his grandfather's rifle to fatally shoot Kirk during a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University in September 2025. The preliminary hearing will determine whether Robinson stands trial on aggravated murder charges, with prosecutors seeking the death penalty.
