Go First liable for cancelled flight refund; MakeMyTrip payout cut to Rs 28,849 - The Times of India
NEW DELHI: The Chandigarh consumer commission has partly allowed MakeMyTrip’s appeal against an order directing it to refund Rs 74,391 to a couple after Go First cancelled their Thailand trip in 2023. The commission held that MakeMyTrip was only a booking platform and that the airline was responsible for refunding the cancelled flight tickets.
