Bhiwandi MP Suresh Mhatre has warned that the civic body should terminate the contractor if the renovation of Minatai Thackeray Rangayatan is not completed within four months. During an inspection, he expressed displeasure over delays, noting the city’s only cultural auditorium has remained shut since 2017, affecting artists, students and cultural organisations across the region significantly.
