In another application moved by his legal team, Van Dyke also sought permission to furnish a cash bond in lieu of a surety bond. He also paid Rs 5.5 lakh compounding charges to FRRO for the offences under the Immigration & Foreigners Act. Both the applications will be heard by the special NIA court Judge Prashant Sharma on September 23.
